Complicated numbers in rectangular form are presented as a + b * %i, where a and b are real numbers. Polar form of the complex numbers is presented as r * exp(c * %i), where r is radius and c is the angle in radians. You can use rad function to convert from degrees to radians: r * exp(rad(d) * %i). Both forms come from the representation of a complex number as a point on a two dimensional plane as shown on the image below.
